Very easy instructions to get access code, to store luggage on site and check out. The view from the apartment was great for sunrise and sunset, the facilities available was everything you can need during a stay, easy to contact the host company for things like extra towels if needed. the apartment is exceptionally clean, warm, and has all the kitchen equipment to cook. Very spacious for a family of 4 (we had a 2 bed apartment, with a sofa bed in the living room which was very comfortable). Personally thought it was great value for money and if I'm back in Reykjavik, I will look to book with them again. The company also had a webpage that explains how to use the hob/induction stove or the machines in the house as some of them were different to how it is in my country. Thought this was very helpful! We visited in April when it was cold outside and we could control the heat in the apartment really well. The closed window balcony was lovely to have a cup of tea in, after a long day out. There's a Large Bonus store within 1km walking distance. Almost all tours pick up and drop from bus stop 12 right outside this place, so convenient for tourists.

Spacious apartment. Great having a washer / dryer in unit. Not too far a walk from the areas one wants to visit in Reykjavik, but it'll be a bit further away. About 30 minute walk or so. Right near the #12 bus stop where you can get picked up for tours.

Our room booking does not include breakfast. I like the location ,There is very good, convenient for traveling, relaxing and shopping. There are quite a few complete facilities. The living room and dining room are very spacious. The guest bathroom is very large.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. I had a view of Hallgrimskirkja from the balcony! The location is excellent, in walking distance from all the major sites and just a few minutes away from the water with the beautiful views of the mountains. Best of all, it's just a few steps away from bus stop #12, where all the tour buses stop – very convenient if you have a tour that leaves early in the morning or gets back late at night. There's also a public bus stop just a few minutes away. Service is great and I got swift responses to any question I had – I just messaged them through the Booking.com system and they got back to me right away. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartments are great. Check in directions were very clear. It was a bit difficult to get the property guide by email. Once that was sorted everything was great. The location is very easy to get to. Parking is ok. There is a garage but we used the street. The location was quiet and comfortable. There were a few oddball things like the outlets in one bedroom kept blowing a fuse so we couldn’t charge anything in there. The toilet wouldn’t refill after flushing unless you held the button a certain way. Just small annoying things that dropped my rating from a 10 to a 9. Still recommend it if you’re staying in the area.
